Little Sophia arrived by emergency ambulance for urgent surgery on her very first day of life — alone, without her mother, who was still recovering in the hospital after a complicated birth.
Thanks to your support, we were able to cover everything needed for two surgeries — on her spinal cord and the brain shunting system.
Now, her mom and dad are by her side. We believe that Sophia will have only the best ahead!
