Friends, we start the week with warm news about our little Myroslava!
After complex treatment, several neurosurgical interventions and the placement of a shunt system, little Myroslava has been discharged home.
Behind this important moment is a great struggle, anxiety, surgeries, intensive care, sleepless nights for her family and the daily work of doctors. Despite her very young age, Myroslava bravely went through this difficult path and continues her recovery now with her loved ones.
The installed shunt system helps control intracranial pressure and drain excess fluid from the brain, which is extremely important for stabilizing the girl's condition and her further development.
Now Myroslava is gradually gaining strength, with a stage of rehabilitation, care and recovery ahead.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank the doctors of the National Children's Specialized Hospital "Okhmatdyt", neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, intensive care specialists, nurses and the entire team who fought for Myroslava's life. It is thanks to your professionalism, experience and care that young patients get a chance for a future.
