We are in constant contact with the family and the girl's doctors, providing comprehensive support. Viktoria has successfully undergone her first emergency surgery, for which we fully provided all necessary medical supplies.
Low bow to all the doctors who fought for the child and saved her life. Unfortunately, despite all efforts, her eye could not be saved, so a long treatment process still lies ahead.
The good news is that for the first time in a week since the tragedy, the girl has regained consciousness and is beginning to breathe on her own.
We have closed the urgent request for Viktoria. Thanks to your kind hearts, we have provided the child with all necessary supplies for the upcoming scheduled surgeries.
We are also taking care of the family. Viktoria's mother is currently in another hospital, showing positive signs of recovery. Viktoria's older sisters and relatives are currently staying with us. We thank the benefactors thanks to whom we created a social center in Kyiv and have social housing for such emergencies – when families need temporary accommodation during treatment or difficult life circumstances. Thanks to your support, we can maintain this space and provide shelter for those who critically need it.
We are currently covering all costs for Viktoria's emergency surgeries. No assistance for the girl's treatment from other sources has been received by the family yet.
Her condition is serious. We believe the girl will be discharged from intensive care, and we will be able to share positive news and smiling photos with you. Stay tuned for updates.
