Here’s the story of little Mary. She was born with a severe diagnosis and needed constant medical care. Before the war, everything was under control — treatment kept her illness at bay. But the fighting destroyed it all... Her family lost access to the vital help she needed.

When danger became unavoidable, we acted quickly. Our foundation evacuated Mary and her mother to Italy. By March, they were safe — in the Bambino Gesù clinic, where experienced doctors immediately began saving her life. And you know what? Thanks to professional care and your support, the treatment started to work. Day by day, Mary grew healthier.
