Doctors performed a life-saving intervention and installed a shunt system that helps drain excess fluid from the brain and relieve dangerous pressure. This system is critically important for stabilizing the child's condition and for further treatment.
For such a little girl, this is an extremely difficult stage. But it was necessary so that little Alice could get a chance for stability, development, and a life without constant threat.
Ahead is still a path of recovery, observation, and further treatment. We will continue to be by little Alice's and her family's side and will definitely inform you about her condition.
