Today's article is about a miracle - a miracle that became possible thanks to the efforts of doctors, your support and our common care.

Little Bohdan was born with a severe form of Spina Bifida.

His fate and quality of life depended on an urgent and expensive surgery, which his parents, shocked by the devastating diagnosis, couldn’t afford.

At the Charitable Organization "Mother and Child," we had only a few hours to find a way to give this child a chance for a healthy future.

We immediately took Bohdan under our care and succeeded!
We promptly provided everything necessary for the first emergency surgery on his spine: medical supplies and an artificial dura mater to protect his spinal cord.

During the second surgery, thanks to your financial support, Bohdan received a vital shunting system for his brain.

Today, everyone involved in this rescue story is overjoyed.

Bohdan, along with his happy and immensely grateful parents, is on his way home!
The child is making progress in rehabilitation: he is already lifting his head and slowly moving his legs.

And all this is thanks to the timely surgery we were able to organize with your support, dear friends!

The gifts for Bohdan’s discharge were lovingly prepared by benefactor Viki Betis. A beautiful bassinet, bedding set, clothes, and, of course, festive balloons were handed over to this little miracle.
