From the first moments of life, this tiny heart has been fighting for every breath, for every movement, for the chance to feel his legs.
His life became a trial from the very beginning – but also a story of incredible strength, medical professionalism, and human kindness.
The baby was born in critical condition. While the mother was still in the hospital recovering from a difficult birth, doctors, along with the resuscitation team, neonatologists, and neurosurgeons, acted immediately.
Within the first hours, the newborn urgently needed help – and thanks to you, he was provided with everything necessary for surgery. These early hours were crucial.
The baby’s future – including his ability to move and feel his legs – depended on how quickly the spinal defect could be closed and the nervous tissue protected.
Thanks to the rapid response, the doctors’ professionalism, and your support, this became possible.
Neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and intensive care specialists – all worked as one coordinated team.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who stood by this tiny life and helped save it from the very first seconds.
