On the eve of the holiday, a family came to us asking for help for their son. The parents were in complete despair – they couldn't afford a life-saving surgery costing 30,000 hryvnias.
Little Oleg wrote a letter to St. Nicholas with one request: to have the surgery and recover. The boy understood his family had no money and asked daily if he would be able to live.
But a miracle happened! Almost simultaneously with receiving the letter, we got a message from our earthly helper – she could provide exactly those 30,000 hryvnias that were needed!
The family couldn't believe their happiness. Now little Oleg is preparing for surgery and believes in his recovery.
