Friends, great news – little Oleksandr has been discharged home!
His journey is a true story of the power of medicine, humanity, and shared support.
The baby was admitted to the hospital with a complex diagnosis requiring urgent neurosurgical intervention on the spinal cord. It was the quick reaction of the doctors and your kindness that gave him a chance to live.
We are immensely grateful to the doctors at NDSL Okhmatdyt for their care, professionalism, and dedication to their work.
Special sincere thanks to the team of neurosurgeons – Pavlo Mykolaiovych Plavskyi and his colleagues, who performed the complex surgery and literally saved the boy's life.
We express our gratitude to the resuscitators, anesthesiologists, and nurses who were by little Oleksandr's side day and night, helping him recover after the operation. Thanks to their knowledge and care, the boy gained a chance for a future without pain and fear.
