Recently, we all came together to help a newborn baby who has been bravely fighting a serious condition – hydrocephalus – since the first days of his life. The baby was named Makar.
Hydrocephalus in newborns is a dangerous condition where fluid builds up in the brain, creating critical pressure. Without timely brain surgery for a newborn, irreversible damage can occur, affecting the child's entire future.
Little Makar successfully underwent complex brain surgery. Thanks to timely support from caring people, this life-saving procedure was performed without delay.
