Little Nazar, who had been fighting for life from his very first breath, is now breathing on his own. He no longer needs mechanical ventilation – and that’s a true miracle.
His story is one of deep pain and incredible strength.
When a Shahed drone hit their home, Nazar’s mother was in the final weeks of her pregnancy. She suffered 95% body burns, was pulled from the rubble, but, sadly, could not be saved.
Only thanks to the coordinated work of the doctors, who did everything possible, her baby – little Nazar – was rescued.
From the first minutes of life, he fought for every breath.
He underwent two neurosurgeries and is now preparing for a major brain surgery.
We witnessed Ukrainian doctors fighting day and night for his life – neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and the entire medical team.
Thanks to them, little Nazar is alive.
We are grateful to everyone who supported and helped provide everything this little boy needed to survive.
We also want to sincerely thank the Ukrainian doctors who saved Nazar’s father – Vadym.
During the same attack, he suffered 85% burns and was on the verge of death.
Ukrainian doctors worked a miracle – they saved him.
Now Vadym is undergoing long-term treatment and rehabilitation, and preparing for ear surgery, as he lost much of his hearing due to the blast.
We believe the doctors will help him recover.
This family lost everything, but they keep fighting.
Their story is one of strength, faith and love – that doesn’t give up even in the face of war.
We thank everyone who stands by their side.
We thank Ukrainian doctors – for the lives they’ve saved.
We thank everyone helping Nazar and his father on their journey of healing and recovery.
Special thanks to everyone who contributed with care packages and sent much-needed items for Nazar.
We believe he feels this support – and that’s why he keeps fighting for life.
