Our courageous little Lukas has survived his 15th complex surgery – a brain shunt.
This was an extremely important operation that gives him a chance to relieve dangerous pressure on the brain and give the child an opportunity to develop. In such cases, every minute is worth its weight in gold, and we are infinitely grateful to our Earth Angels who responded instantly and provided the boy with everything necessary for this intervention.
Little Lukas is fighting for his life without his mom nearby... but he is not alone. He has our support. Today, the baby is already in his ward after the surgery, and we look forward with hope – we believe that the installed shunt system will help him grow without pain and give him a chance for a full and happy childhood.
