Friends, we have wonderful news – little Lavrin has been discharged home!
Not long ago, little Lavrin was bravely fighting for his life. Since birth, the baby has faced severe brain damage and underwent several complex neurosurgical interventions. Each surgery was another step in the fight for his life, health and future.
Today we are happy to share good news – the most difficult stage of treatment is already behind. Lavrin recovered after the surgeries, gained strength and returned home, where his closest people, care and a new stage of life await him.
Special thanks to the National Children's Hospital Okhmatdyt – a hospital where real miracles happen every day and children's lives are saved.
Low bow to the neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, intensive care specialists, pediatricians, nurses, junior medical staff and the entire team of doctors who were with Lavrin at every stage of his treatment. Thank you for your professionalism, dedication, sleepless shifts and fight for every child's life. It is thanks to you that today this little boy is returning home.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank every benefactor who supported Lavrin. Thanks to your kind hearts, everything necessary for life-saving surgeries was provided on time.
We thank everyone who prayed, supported the family, shared information and believed together with us. Every act of compassion became part of this rescue story.
We thank our Swiss partners Switlo for diapers and hygiene products that are so necessary for the youngest patients.
We thank TM Betis for wonderful suits and high-quality children's clothing. Thanks to you, our little wards can return home not only healthier, but also looking nice, neat and wrapped in care.
We thank the Embassy of Finland in Ukraine for warm children's clothes that help our little ones and their families during the difficult period of treatment.
It is thanks to such people, benefactors and partners that we can not only provide children with life-saving treatment, but also surround them with love, warmth and care at every stage of their journey to recovery.
We wish little Lavrin good health, a smooth recovery, a happy childhood and only good news ahead.
Together we are a big heart that saves children.
