We sincerely rejoice when we receive news from our little wards. Especially from those children who have been fighting for life since birth, undergoing complex brain surgeries, months of treatment, hospitals and recovery.
Little Davyd was one of those babies. A little boy whose life was fought for by doctors, parents and hundreds of caring people. At the most difficult moment, he received the necessary help, and we together did everything possible so that doctors could act on time.
And today we received a greeting from him from home. Little Davyd is growing, developing, exploring the world, smiling and bringing happiness to his family.
It is for such moments that our organization has existed for over 20 years. So that children who are today in intensive care, undergoing complex surgeries or fighting serious diagnoses, tomorrow can run, play, go to school, dream and just be children.
Gratitude to Alina for constantly replenishing the Emergency Fund. It is thanks to such people that we have the opportunity to act without delay when a child cannot wait. The Emergency Fund allows us to provide our wards with life-saving help on time, which means – not losing their chance for life and a healthy future.
