Friends, we have very heartwarming news about our little beneficiary Leo.
Leo has been discharged home!
The baby left the hospital after a difficult period of treatment and recovery. The hardest part is already behind him, and today he is with his family – in warmth, love, and care.
Just recently, this little boy underwent complex brain surgery. Thanks to timely help, doctors were able to perform the life-saving intervention and stabilize the child's condition.
Now Leo is recovering, gaining strength, and gradually growing, with a period of observation and rehabilitation ahead. But most importantly – he is home and has a chance for a happy childhood.
Gratitude to the incredible doctors of the National Children's Specialized Hospital "Okhmatdyt" – true professionals whose knowledge, experience, and humanity save children's lives every day. We thank the entire team of neurosurgeons, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and medical staff who were by Leo's side in the most important moments. Thanks to the department for prematurely born children for their professionalism, care, and huge heart with which you save the youngest patients every day.
Special sincere thanks to Anastasia and her husband Yuriy for supporting Leo's family in a difficult moment. Your kindness and humanity became great support for the baby's mother when it was most needed.
