Friends, we have long-awaited and very important news – our ward Dominik has successfully undergone brain shunt surgery!
The life-saving neurosurgery has taken place. The shunt system has been installed, the dangerous pressure in the brain has been relieved – and today Dominik, under medical supervision, is taking his first steps towards recovery.
This was an extremely emotional journey. And it became possible only thanks to you – people with big hearts.
We sincerely thank everyone who was by Dominik's side: those who donated, spread the word, prayed, offered supportive words. Each of your actions became part of this rescue.
