Darinka is celebrating her first birthday!

This year has not been easy, but today is a day of joy, hope, and faith in the future. Darinka has been through a long journey of struggle, care, and endless love.

Darinka was born with spina bifida – a congenital condition affecting the spinal cord and nervous system. From her first hours of life, she needed complex surgeries, and we have been by her side from the very beginning. She underwent several brain surgeries and continuous treatment and rehabilitation. Throughout this journey, she fought bravely, supported by her loving mother, doctors, volunteers, and everyone who stood by her in this battle.

Her mother sends her heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you – to those who helped, supported, prayed, and believed in her little girl. Every donation, every kind word, and every bit of your warmth contributed to reaching this special day.
