Dear friends, your support of the Urgent Fund is not just help, it is a real gift of hope and a chance for life for those who need it most - our children. When every minute counts, you are the ones who keep little hearts alive.

Today we would like to express our boundless gratitude to our Earthly Angel, Alina, who, by replenishing the fund with more than UAH 300,000, gave a chance for salvation to many children. Thanks to her kindness, the next day we were able to help little Sergiy. He is only two years old and was born with a severe disability - Spina Bifida. Spinal cord surgery was the only way for this little boy to have a chance for a future where he could walk on his own and discover the world.

Alina made the impossible possible. Thanks to her support, we were able to provide Sergiy with all the necessary materials for an urgent operation, which was successful yesterday. Now he is in intensive care.

We are grateful to the talented neurosurgeons, paediatric intensivists and anaesthetists, and all the medical staff of the National Children's Hospital ‘Okhmatdyt’ who use the latest technologies to give children hope. Thanks to their skill and your support, Sergiy got a chance for a future in which he can walk.
