This year, St. Nicholas came home for our little Dima.
Just recently, this little boy was fighting for every movement, for every day without pain. Behind him are a complex spinal cord surgery, hospital walls, anxious waiting, and a path that not every adult could endure.
And today little Dima celebrates the holiday at home – next to his family, with a smile and faith that the hardest part is already behind.
St. Nicholas visited him not just with gifts.
He brought warmth, hugs, and that very magic of childhood that is so needed during recovery.
Instead of anxiety – joy.
Instead of pain – sincere laughter.
Instead of fear – the feeling that he is not alone.
Little Dima is a real fighter. And this day became a symbol of a new beginning for him.
Special thanks to the dobro.ua platform.
It was thanks to you that we were able to timely provide little Dima with all the necessary consumables for the surgery. Your speed, humanity and ability to unite caring people were crucial.
Dobro.ua is a bridge between those who want to help and those whose lives are saved by this help. And in little Dima's story, this bridge became a path to recovery.
We sincerely thank everyone who helped create this miracle:
Lyudmyla Omokokh – for the incredible organization of holiday gifts. For every box of warmth, care and love that went to children who are now going through a difficult treatment journey. You turn kindness into real deeds.
To all benefactors of the "St. Nicholas from Abroad" initiative – your gifts have traveled thousands of kilometers to give Ukrainian children a real holiday.
To Cazna Trans company – for helping with the delivery of gifts from Europe. Thank you for being part of this good mission.
To Infanta Karnaval company – for the fairy-tale atmosphere and belief in miracles. Your image of St. Nicholas gave children real magic.
To everyone who supported little Dima's family – with donations, words, faith. Your hearts have become the light that guides this child to recovery.
Looking at little Dima's smile, we are once again convinced:
– miracles are born where people unite;
– goodness has names;
– a child's smile is worth any effort.
Together we are a big heart.
Together we are the force that gives children their childhood.
