Friends, we have wonderful news – little Emma is home!
Our strong, brave little Emma, who in just nine months has undergone six of the most complex neurosurgeries, has finally been discharged.
This is a huge day for our whole team and everyone who’s been with her since her very first breath.
Little Emma was born with a congenital cerebral cyst. Her first surgery took place at two months old, and from that moment she faced a very difficult path.
She spent most of her life in the hospital – always strong, always fighting for each new day and for the chance at a joyful childhood.
We are honored to have been by the side of little Emma. And by her mother’s side, who needed so much support during this difficult time. We are endlessly grateful to each of you who donated, believed and cared.
Special thanks to the doctors at Ohmatdyt Children's Hospital – to the neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, neonatologists and nurses. Your hands, experience and empathy are a true miracle.
To everyone who supported little Emma with donations, kind words or prayers – you are part of her story. You are part of her life.
We sincerely thank Alina for her consistent care and for supporting our Emergency Fund – thanks to this fund, help always reaches our tiniest patients instantly, in the moments that matter most.
And a heartfelt thanks to the earthly Angel who appeared just at the right time to support the final, most critical surgery. You are part of this miracle.
Thanks to our partners for clothing and gifts for little Emma:

This is one of those moments when tears come from happiness.
Thank you for being with us. Together, we are one big heart!
