Friends, we start the week with bright news about our beneficiary, little Christian – the baby has been discharged home!
After a difficult period of treatment, complex brain surgery for skull reconstruction, and surgical intervention to install a gastrostomy tube to address weight gain issues, after many months of treatment – little Christian has returned home.
Our deep bow to the National Children's Specialized Hospital "Okhmatdyt" and the entire multidisciplinary team.
Thanks to the head of the neurosurgery department, Pavlo Mykolayovych Plavsky, and his team.
Neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, resuscitators, nurses – you were there at the most critical moments.
We are grateful to everyone who became part of this rescue story:

This story is an example of what true unity for the sake of a child with an extremely severe diagnosis looks like.
Today, little Christian is home. In the care of his family. In the peace that is so necessary for recovery.
Ahead are still treatment, doctor's supervision, and the path to strengthening the body, but the most important thing is that he continues this journey not within hospital walls, but next to his loved ones.
It is thanks to you that this child has a chance to grow, gain strength, and live his childhood.
