Little Yeva has undergone another neurosurgical intervention; a shunt system has been installed in her brain – this is a vital stage of treatment that allows excess fluid to be drained and dangerous intracranial pressure to be controlled.
It is this system that makes it possible to stabilize the girl's condition and protect her brain from further damage.
The surgery took place on time. The doctors managed to do the most important thing – stop the dangerous processes and give little Yeva a chance for further fight and recovery.
In such conditions, every hour counts. And this time, together, we did not lose precious time.
Little Yeva is now under constant medical supervision. This is a critically important period when the body is recovering after a complex intervention, and every hour matters.
