Baby with Spina Bifida successfully operated on

Friends, we're sharing our common joy.

Thanks to each of you – your help, support, reposts, advice, participation – we were able to provide everything necessary for the surgical interventions for a baby diagnosed with Spina Bifida. Special thanks to Tetiana Zolotashko – thanks to you, the baby received a chance at life in time.

We know this diagnosis very deeply – because for twenty years of our foundation's activity, we have paid special attention to such children. The earlier and higher quality the help is provided – the more chances a child has to preserve functions, feel their legs, and develop fully.

Great gratitude to the doctors who not only have hands that save lives, but also knowledge, experience, and continuous professional development in the best clinics in the world.

And thanks to you – they have the opportunity – the necessary consumables for modern technologies that allow complex interventions to be carried out here, in Ukraine.

We will definitely keep you informed, as the path to recovery with this diagnosis is long. Hydrocephalus often develops, repeat operations are needed, and long-term rehabilitation is required.

And it is especially important in the first days of life to support the family – so they do not face the pain alone. So they know – they are not alone.

Together, we save small lives and change big destinies.
