A chance for a full life for a baby thanks to you
Thank you all for your support and help for this little one.
A little baby born with a severe diagnosis — Spina Bifida — has been given a chance for a full life thanks to you. In the first days after birth, the child underwent an urgent surgery to correct a defect in the spine where the spinal cord had not formed properly. This surgery has become a life-changing opportunity for the baby! And it was made possible thanks to your help, compassion, and big hearts.
Currently, hydrocephalus has developed as a consequence of this condition, and the child is being prepared for another critical brain surgery. But we believe that together we can overcome this stage too. More surgeries for brain shunting are ahead for this little one.
