The warmth of a mother’s heart saves even the tiniest

Our charitable organization focuses its efforts primarily on helping the smallest and most vulnerable children – those who need support from their very first moments of life. This is especially true for premature babies who often weigh not in kilograms, but in grams… and yet they are already fighting with all their might.

One of the most valuable and natural methods of helping such babies is the “Kangaroo” method.

It’s more than just skin-to-skin contact – it is a scientifically proven approach in which a mother’s warmth, heartbeat, voice and touch quite literally save lives. This contact not only supports physical development but also strengthens the emotional bond, encourages healing and even stabilizes vital signs.

We have personal stories where the “Kangaroo” method helped not only babies – it brought hope back to mothers who were in despair, ready to give up their child due to difficult circumstances. But simply being near the baby, feeling it breathe against her chest, changed everything. Her heart found the strength to stay.

That is why it was so important for us to ensure mothers had comfortable conditions – spending hours at a time, day after day, beside a fragile newborn is physically exhausting.

Today, we sincerely thank our donors for providing comfortable chairs to hospitals – where mothers can hold their babies on their chests for long periods with ease.
