SickKids Foundation experts consult with Ukrainian doctors

This week, experts from the world-renowned children's hospital SickKids Foundation are providing practical advice and recommendations on applying best international practices for the administration and optimization of our hospital's internal processes.

The team of experts consulting our doctors includes: Jeff Mainland, Executive Vice President of SickKids; Dr. Jeremy Friedman, Head of the Division of Paediatrics; Amrita Naipaul, Director of the Hematology-Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, and Palliative Care Program; Richard Reith, Director of Quality, Patient Safety, and Infection Prevention and Control; Cindy Bruce-Barrett, Director of International Strategic Projects at SickKids; and Myroslava Romach, Medical Director of the SickKids internship program for pediatricians in Ukraine.

In addition, the experts met with representatives of the ten largest charitable foundations that have been helping our hospital for many years.
