I'm driving 2000+ kilometres home, and my friend's colleague is with me.
The journey is long, but very busy with phone calls, or rather, the phone conversation just doesn't stop. Our wards call to share their joy that the first grade is over and the letter of commendation has already been sent to me on Viber, the doctors call to say that our ward has been for a check-up and everything is fine and that the child's surgery that was performed yesterday was successful...

The mother calls to say that after treatment in Switzerland she is quietly thanking God and crying into the phone - everything is fine. And then the calls came: an ambulance is needed, the child is losing time, the shunt is clogged, the mother has just left her child in the next ward, etc...

And at the same time, I was talking to doctors and other members of our team, discussing current affairs and plans for the future and the near future, and for tomorrow, or rather for today.

At a certain stage of our journey, when we were approaching the border, my fellow traveller was looking thoughtfully at the road for a long time, listening to my phone call. After the call ended, she suddenly said:
- ‘You know, for everything you do, the President should give you an order. This is a real feat - your struggle and dedication.

I smiled, pulled the car over and opened the glove compartment. From there I took out a small case and carefully opened it, showing it to my colleague. Inside was an order.
- ‘This,’ I said, ‘is exactly what happened. The President presented this order not to me personally, but to everyone who has been fighting and winning with us for more than 20 years. This is a recognition of our joint work, our right to live and fight for a better future.

The woman looked at the order with respect and admiration.
- ‘It's not just metal,’ I continued, ‘it's a symbol of our unbreakable strength and unity. We are all fighting for life together and going to victory.

We closed the case and continued our journey, feeling even more motivated and inspired. Those words, through tears and the order itself, reminded us of the importance of our every step, that our joint work is of great importance for the future of our country.

We are grateful to the President for such a high reward for our activities. Let's move on!
