International Spina Bifida awareness day

Friends, for many years now, we have been successfully helping to treat infants diagnosed with Spina Bifida.

This is one of the priority areas of activity for CO "Mother and Child", the results of which are particularly valuable and important to us.

After all, we are talking about timely urgent operations, thanks to which hundreds of children have received and continue to receive invaluable chances for a healthy life and full development!

Today is International Spina Bifida Awareness Day. And I, as the honorary head of the Ukrainian Association of Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus, sincerely advocate for the creation of specialized centers in our country for the qualified medical support of children with this diagnosis.

Thank you to everyone who finds a response in their heart to requests for urgent help to infants with Spina Bifida. Together, we are changing their destinies for the better in time!

Behind every saved child's life stands many hours of doctors' work in the operating room. Coordinated, team effort. And these are not just words, as I had the opportunity to personally witness the professionalism of the doctors during the operations of our beneficiaries.
