A Christmas miracle that crossed borders.

These photos are a story of warmth that reached where it was most awaited.

This winter, we congratulated our ward children – those who underwent complex neurosurgical operations, long weeks and months in hospital wards, pain, fear, and exhausting recovery – on the Christmas and New Year holidays.

For many of them, this year wasn't about Christmas trees and holidays. It was about intensive care units, operating rooms, stitches, shunts, machines, and the fight for life. But that's exactly why the Christmas miracle has special value for them.

When a child receives a gift after difficult treatment – it's more than joy. It's a sign: the world remembers you.
